Please Help with Careers Advice

So I'm an Engineer (dual degree with Wharton) and I'm trying to figure out whether I should go in consulting, finance or tech, particularly robotics.... This is all I know: finance has highest eventual earning potential, consulting gives most exposure to business problems and robotics is the very interesting from a futuristic and mathematical perspective. I know folks who work in Bain, Accenture, Evercore, Goldman, Amazon Robotics and Waymo so I have asked around but no one tells the bad side or regrets lmao... Can someone help spilling the tea?
