It looks like the off campus frats are going to have a good semester

Yes they probably will since school is only looking to enforce on campus frats/srats. But prices to go downtown will increase drastically due to event capacity limits that will be in place by city of Philadelphia

All the on campus frats aren’t gonna be able to get pcs if this is true. And even if they manage to scrape some kids it’s gonna be a bad year
