changing demographics leaves all these frats angling for the same guys and there aren’t as many of them as there used to be. WASPs no longer rule.

Hard to recruit kids that don’t exist, making it hard for these old line frats to continue on the same course that has always worked for them in the past.

there have been some unfounded claims of racism against some of these frats that has damaged their sorority relations which in turn hurts their rush prospects

Seems like every frat mentioned except for phidelt managed to pull large and fairly diverse PCs. Lotta misinformation here
