post-rush spring 2020 greek ranks (with new pcs)

T1:
Theos - another solid pc
Castle - consistent good pc
The Hall - great pc, pushing to jump Castle
Phi Delt - horrible pc of 8?, BIG drop from 2019, lost all cross rushes

T2:
Apes - really solid pc, pushing T1
ZBT - not as good as last year, but okay class
Zete - solid
Oz - heard good things, small pc again
Owls - i guess still T2?

T3:
Fiji - surprisingly good class (sadly) and won cross rushes over T3
Beta - great recovery from last year - solid and big class
SAE - horrible class - lost all their cross rushes to T3(Phi, Beta, Fiji)
Sig Chi - two poor years in a row, trending to T4 - dont mix w sororitys
Ksig - another poor pc and a super top heavy frat
Sammy - eh pc

castle.... some weird guys in new pc
hall >castle,
ZBT... tier3,
SAE ...rumors of loosing cross rushes is overstated
phi Delt is now tier 2 (hard to believe)
Owls... did not do well
Beta ....did even better than FiJi and FiJi rocked

Good list. Phi delt probably pushed down to T2. Heard they even lost cross rushes to tier 3 frats like beta and fiji
