which houses give bids in open rush?

I know some frats have already filled their PCs during dirty rush, so how do I know which houses are ready to give bids during open rush?

Just go places you think you’ll like and if they like you they will invite you back for the rest of open rush. Open open rush is honestly only a couple days.
