Pretty good, a few issues.
Zbt should be lower cuz they only got cool recently
Fiji isn't tier 3 and based on your criteria, should be below sammy.
If counting this year and last years PCs, phi should be lower.
Zetes should be t2

When they list crows and sig nu but not the numerous frats that are better than them (sig ep, tep, etc.)?? Crows is absolute bottom of the barrel and sig nu isn’t much better
