Sammy is obviously underrated: great PC, whole frat of NJBs really nice to sororities.
Sig Chi: maybe the best frat at Penn. Rushed an awesome class and definitely on the rise.
Fiji: ok I guess
ZBT: trending down in size and niceness

Sammy lol. Zbt and Fiji got classes of 25+, Sig chi took a neutral class of 20 ish, and Sammy took its usual class of NJBs and zbt and apes cuts. Clueless if you think there’s competition there
