Castle- solid pc
Theos - Some great kids some terrible ones-the usual
Hall- Decent class but small again

T2
Oz- pretty bad pc and on the smaller side
Zetes- great pc but very little non-international presence
Phi Delt- gave out like 30 bids, about 20 in the pc
ZBT- another great class
Apes- very strong class after last years smaller class
Owls- Gave out 12 snap bids because they had a class of 5. Worst pc at penn

Hahaha Castle you wish. Ranking including fresh:

Theos- 20+kids
Phi Delt- 20+ kids
Hall- 15ish

Castle - mix of weirdos and cool but more weirdos because zetes stole
Oz- small but decent
—————
Zetes- stoke lots of fresh from castle and owls
Owls- same as every year
Sae- like 10 kids lost everyone to other frats
Zbt- trending up I guess. Solid class
