overall just not a great list

Switch phi delt and hall
Owls should be above zbt
Zetes should be a tier lower
Fiji is better than sammy by a long shot
Aepi is above pike
Sig Nu should be in the bottom group

Really funny how so little changes after Pledge Classes are finalized. All of these posts pretty much look the same. I agree with the comments above. The only difference is that Phi took an absolutely whack PC this sem so it looks like losing their house really hurt them.
