Can you have a decent shot at getting a bid if you rush a frat you didn't dirty rush? Do frats consider kids who show up for the first time during open?

As long as it’s a middle-ish tier frat you have a shot at getting a bid still as long as you’re a cool guy who thinks you can meet a lot of brothers in a short period of time. Wouldn’t waste time with top tier as it’s way more competitive
