Phi delt and As both got bad PCs. Phi Delt lost most their class to theos/zbt/SAE and took some cool kids but a bunch of weird ones. As took a lot of kids they normally would cut because no one wanted to rush there. As still top based on money/parties/rep (1 or 2 more bad PCs like this and that might change). Phi delt still barely top based on parties and rep. Neither place had a good PC tho.

Phi delt got the second best class at penn after theos. Only lost one kid to As and took a bunch from them

Phi delt, please stop self ranking, it's embarrassing. You didn't have a great PC, you took a couple cool kids but mostly weird ones. You may only have only lost 1 guy to As but you lost your whole class to theos and zbt and filled it in with some weirdos just for the numbers. This is a fact and if it gets downvoted it's just the phi delt boys defending their name because they know they had back to back bad classes.
