leaving but maybe left without housing??

Can the sorority kick me out of the house if I decide to leave? I am trying to analyze the contract, and I am not sure what the legal grounds would be.

They can only kick you out after your lease ends; they don't need to renew your contract but they can't kick you out if you've already payed rent
