open bidding?

I've heard Zeta and Adpi do open bidding after formal rush. Does any other sorority do this?

Yes. Half the sororities always have to do continious open bidding (COB) to get up to the average number of women that are in Penn sororities (called "total"). It's typically SK, ZTA, APhi, and ADPI.
