what is sorority rush like?

When you rush for sororities, what info do the chapters get about you?
Do they get a list of all the girls? Their major, their hometown, their age, GPA? Do they get all this info?
Anything else? Do they look you up on social media?

Top ones want your social security number, a blood sample, and most importantly, your parents' tax records.
Truthfully, most of them only really care about the impression you make during the fall semester and rush. Some care a little bit about GPA. They'll use social media during rush meetings so girls who might not know you by name can see you and maybe make some general opinions.
