Not in Oz. Here's an explanation for people who are a little slower.
Ozzy Osbourne is a musical artist who has a song called, No More Tears. This list doesn't have tiers so the post was a play on words. It's hard to keep up, I know.
No one in Oz is dumb enough to actually post as Ozzy Osbourne. The Castle response to this post and the Oz reply are hilarious though.

You and all the other off campus houses aren't looking too hot now. You're hardly on the Halls level anymore. Frost put risky business to shame.
