Definitive rankings now that fall pledge classes have been finalized:
Upper Top: A's, theos, Phi Delt
Lower Top: Castle, SAE, Oz
Upper: Owls, Zetes, Apes, Phi
Middle: Zbt, Beta, Kappa Sig, Sammy

Either SAE after OZ, or better yet in its own tier half a step below with Owls. SAE most recent spring and fall classes are definitely solid and place them above Owls for sure, but they're not yet better than Oz, which only has one bad PC (Sophs). SAE juniors didn't pledge.
You could also put Zetes with Owls and SAE in that Upper tier if you wanted. Or you could just put them in Upper Middle with Apes and Phi
