Theos and A's throw better parties and get slightly hotter girls, but have bigger egos, and less brotherhood (they often hate most the kids in their fraternity).
Oz and Phi Delt are cooler kids by normal standards (not "Penn cool") who actually like each other and are much more genuine but they are less wealthy and throw worse parties.

As has ridiculous dues so they throw better parties...all the brothers are douche bags though that hate each other.
Phi delt has less parties (definitely wouldn't say less fun though) but the brotherhood is much tighter and the brothers are a lot more fun to be around. Also more/cooler athletes.
