rankings and explanations from a non-greek

Fraternities:

Hall-Traditionally top house. Typical pc of prep school kids
Theos-a good pc for them this year, but not above the Hall because most of these kids would not be top tier anywhere but penn
OZ- hurt by emails in size of pc. Still is a fine pc but not great compared to last year. Depends how they respond with next years class to see where they stand
Phi Delt-traditionally a good house, but messed up rush this year and suffered in both quantity and quality.
Castle-solid class this year, more American like people have said, but still good. Not higher because being international they are still a niche thing
SAE-historically the lesser of Phi Delt with not as cool of kids, but rush went well for them this year and their pc is much better
APES-good pledge class for them this year. Keeping relevance as they did well in rush after a weak year last year
Owls- lost out to castle this year. Still relevant with some cool sceney kids
ZBT- didn't do as well as usual with their class, but won't suffer dramatically
Beta- trending down with a big but not necessarily strong pledge class after years of small classes
Phi- solid class, but phi is still phi and a mixed group of different kids
