sorority/frat go

It all depends on what type of people you want to hang around so doing a 'ranking' doesn't mean anyone is better its just who you hangout with. That being said, I'll give it a go based on parties/pc/general feel with descriptions.

Frat:

top tier:

1. Theos: consistently throw parties/parties, their pledge class is popular with girls and social so they are definitely up there.
2. Hall: right now the hall is top tier because they are historically. great upperclassmen, they have a good pc in terms of what they usually go for, but the frosh guys aren't too social. they haven't thrown any crazy parties/special mixers.
3. Castle: castle has a great house and got more americans in the class than they usually do, as well as a few kids who could've done owls. open parties can be eh but their mixers are great and pc is popular with top 3 sororities
middle:
1. Owls: throws the best late nights and has an awesome pc but they really only mix with tabard and theta and tri delt(?) so its hard to be top tier in that way. on other terms they are though.
2. SAE: popular when you leave other parties. has a good group of guys in the pc, and are well liked.
3. APES: apes has good parties when they throw them and seemingly enjoyable mixers. pc is good?
4. Beta: jocks, only have mixers?
5. Phi: have interesting parties, huge house, girls seem to like them?
6. Zete: here because of the late nights. their exclusivity is damning.
7. Oz: great guys, email took a toll but they will return
