sae vs phi delt?

Seem pretty similar. Phi Delt traditionally better, but SAE trending up while Phi Delt trending down. Thoughts?

Think about how many Post SAE has made about Phi Delt vs How many post Phi Delt has made about SAE now tell me the houses are similar.

both houses are pretty lame. neither got cool pledge class. neither throws memorable parties. SAE wants to be off campus and phi delt wishes it was in the south. I wish both of these houses would get off Greek rank because this is embarrassing.

Only difference is Phi Delt was considered top 1-2 years ago and have been riding off that old rep, and still have strong ties to Tridelt/Theta. SAE is more mid-tier sororities like Alpha Phi and Chi O. Both pretty much suck and are trending down imo.
