honest rush breakdown pt1

by:

Grouped by type - this is not a ranking

wasps: as usual, the whitest of the white. these houses lack diversity

hall - normal hall class, lots of kids vetted early. better than their last class, same dbags
phi delt - smaller class than usual, 9 kids, still have some ghost pledges to make up numbers but are missing the competitive edge they had in years' past, declining
sae - normal class, no upward or downward shift. ran into trouble and had to spend much of their budget on rush

off-campus: generally, owls and oz did not do well, while theos/phi/apes did

theos - good class, questionable brotherhood
phi - good class, got their quirky guys
apes - also a good class, however girls have commented that they are not hot
oz - small class. not recovering well from the email incident, some sororities still holding it against them
owls - declining house, smaller and smaller pledge classes are making them less and less relevant.

international: castle and zete both did well, however, zete offers very little to the social scene. lump in owls here just to show how much they struggle relative to their most direct competition.

castle - good class, cool kids that don't rage but have a good time
zete - small class, cool dudes who don't do much outside of late nights
owls - why would anyone join owls over castle or even zete?
