General ranking
Hall- insular, arrogant, crazy, turns up
Theos- social, popular and frequent parties
Oz- similar to theos but more diverse but maybe worse parties, but still fun
Phi delt- more low key but still fun events, many weak- declining
Castle- international- improving, different crowd from above, larries are decent.
Owl: similar crowd to castle but more consitently fun late night- seems to be bleeding rushes elsewhere lately but still doing ok
Zetes: similar ro above i guess. Have great late night nights but idk who would want to pledge zetes
Apes- at least they try, like to turn up but generally nobodies ideal first choice
Sae- weak version of phi delt, maybe better parties but idk
Beta- just unnaceptable, lots of athletes but many are useless
Zbt- just not the movev but friendly and some have fun
Phi pretty fun parties sometime but very odd cast
Ksih- no real reason to go to a ksig party
Sicg chi- baseball players/ athletes? Not good
Honestly at this point i have no clue

this is pretty absurd. there's a lot of bs on greek rank, but this surpasses much of what's posted on this site. consider: this year phi delt and oz put together were able to get around 18 kids to join, 9 for phi delt and 7-9 for oz. fact: they lost kids to other houses, not many people wanted to join their fraternities.
it's pretty ridiculous call phi delt and oz "top tier" when they can't put together a pledge class, when they consistently lose rushes to other houses, and especially when they don't party. seriously, when was the last time either of these houses threw a banger?
this proves that much of the "top tier" of greek rank is an inaccurate representation of social life at Penn, and that these houses are on the decline. honestly, it's pretty sad to see so many supposedly smart people lying to themselves. have some self respect
