I'd say (just for the new pc's):
Top: theta, xo
Mid: axo, tridelt, aphi
Bottom: sdt, sk, zta

The most updated ranking:
Top: Tridelt, AXO
Mid: SDT, XO, Theta
Bottom: APhi, ADPi, SK, ZTA
But the truth is there are "cool" girls in every house. Not generalities can accurate depict each house. I have meet girls who are just "top" are "top" houses. The rush process is not perfect in any way, but in the end, girls grow into the sisterhood of the house and love it in their own way.

chi o literally trolls this site. girls don't listen to any of these rankings. ask any person on campus and they will tell you this
1. ttt (theta-steady , tabbard- steady, tri delt- declining)
1.5 axo- declining
2.aphi-steady sdt- steady
2.5 chi o- steady
3. sk- steady adpi- steady
4. zta- steady

this is just inaccurate. theta remains top. it is def above tri d which is declining slightly. axo is also mid high (probably steady) but not top. xo is lower mid if that. they are not on the rise just had a better than sucky pc last year and surprised people. a phi while slightly alcoholic is just below axo and is prob steady at mid/ high. sk is about the same as zta at this point. ztas is accurate though
