Oz is obviously going to take hit because of emailgate. How far they fall will be dependent upon the PC they are able to pull together. Off campus houses in general might be a in precarious position as freshmen seem to be leaning more toward on campus than they have in years past.
SAE: Sophomores didn't pledge and aren't tight at all
Sororities:

Phi Delt down after two years of abysmal social and a sophomore class much weaker than the juniorsz. Oz up. Tabard and SDT down, with Tabard above OAX (both in their own tiers though). The whole on campus is winning seems a pretty big generalization. Might be true for some houses but don't think it can be generalized.

This could actually be reasonable for ZBT but says more about how far SAE and Apes have fallen.
SAE has no brotherhood anymore and weakened rush since their peak three years ago; if they mess up anymore they'll get kicked off campus. At least Phi got to keep their chapter house, "Lions" wouldn't be able to make the transition. Especially with their best/most organized class (seniors) leaving.
Apes is an example of kids leaning more on-campus than off. There aren't that many kids that fit the Apes/ZBT mold this year, but the few that there are will do either Theos or ZBT over apes. Why jump on a sinking ship?

Both SDT and ZBT ranking screams I'm in ZBT. Throw in Zetes there to make it seem less obvious.
