this is how i see the frats. order within tiers is meaningless, i see them all as equally "cool"

Theos, As, Oz, Phi delt (scene and/or v exclusive)
Apes, ZBT, Phi, SAE (party frats)
Sig Chi, Beta, KSig (idk just seem similar)
TEP, Fiji, Sammy (nice guys)

dont really care about the internationals personally

somewhat accurate, but:

a) zbt overrated
b) sig chi is weird, and kappa sig is questionable - beta better than both
c) sammy is not cool in any sense of the word
