Descriptions pretty accurate, but Phi Delt is not trending down. They're rushing the coolest kids and mix with the best sororities. Also the email scandal is not hurting Oz at all.

Whether or not a frat is trending up or down is based mostly on sophomore pc and how dirty rush/social went for them this past semester.
