open rush prospects?

Yo people.

How often do good frats give bids to kids they meet in open rush that they never met in the fall? I've liked the places I've dirty-rushed, but I'm curious about some frats I haven't been at that have respected reps on campus, and if it's feasible to get a bid just in open rush. I know lower and mid tier ones take a good amount to fill pledge classes, but what about the better ones?
