frat/sorority pairings

As theos phi delt and oz all mix with the top ones. theos and oz more theta and As/phidelt more tri delt, oax

capping each frat at two sororities:

theos: theta, tabard
oz: theta, tabard
As: theta, tridelt
phi delt: tridelt, oax
SAE: tridelt, oax
phi: oax, sdt
apes: oax, sdt
zbt: sdt
beta: oax, aphi
sig chi: chi o, aphi
ksig: chi o

how much to people care about these? do guys(girls) care about what sororities(fraternities) you're in/judge you based on that? thought penn'd be more inclusive

honestly, above a certain level, all fraternities mix with the same sororities. Sure, apes/zbt mix with sdt more than, say, phi delt. But generally they're all on par.

these fraternities all mix with the good four sororities (tridelt, theta, tabard, oax):

theos, hall, phi delt, castle, zete, owls, apes, and sae. I would say oz but they're gonna have a hard time now convincing anyone to mix with them. after these frats comes zbt and phi.

sorority relationships are so fluid none of this stuff really matters and can change really quickly. theos seems like they have good sorority relations but they've had more than one mixer this semester where literally zero girls show up. apes and sae had much better mixer attendance a year ago than they do now. phi used to only mix with middle sororities but, one class later, they throw good mixers with oax.

if you're a guy choosing a frat or a girl choosing a sorority, don't read into this stuff too much. choose the place that's best for you.
