what house is this?

so im a freshman, went to oz and then theos but they got shut down a few weeks ago and ended up at a house at 40th and baltimore. they had some international brothers and it was pretty fun and it didn't end up getting shut down.

what house is at 40th and baltimore? i thought that street was all sports teams but they said they were a frat? some weird guys in it for sure (some guy was talking about the american eagle shirt he owned and some other guy wouldn't shut up about his club sport) but overall it was fun.

My gf used to live on 41st and Baltimore so I walked by a lot. I know sig ep used to be near there, but I don't think they are there anymore. Might be the guys next to them, delta tau delta I think. Not sure tho
