who calls the cops on theos and owls?

I feel like most Theos parties get shut down very quickly. Is there a reason for this? Some people say that Oz calls the cops on them and some people say the cops simply hate them? Which of them is it?
I've also had a similar experience with Owls parties, but I guess that started happening after the arson so it's more understandable.

Eddie is the new person in charge of Greek life and he has an extensive track record of disliking off campus frats. He started working here last year after he transferred from Syracuse, where he was extremely harsh on non official Greek life organizations.

Can't really blame the school for hating on off campus frats. They are mostly reformed from legit chapters that were booted off campus for bad behavior. They are not accountable to the school or national orgs. They don't follow the same rules as legit frats yet they still reflect negatively on the administration and students when an incident occurs (e.g. OZ Wild Wed email). And they pull some good potential pledges from the pool of members for sanctioned frats. If I were in the administration I would try to shut them down also.

This whole thing about who Eddie hates off campus may be true, but the bs about him being harsh on off campus at Syracuse and shutting them down never happened. Proof? Not a single article or mention of that on google searches

No one calls the police on Owls, the cops just hate them. You can't know for sure but given that Owls shut down Magic Gardens last year you can be sure they're still shutting down stuff this year
