You think you are on the same level as Oz (who got the best pledge class in recent memory last year) or the Hall?

I don't know about everyone else, but in my opinion you shouldn't be able to buy a bid at a "top tier." Owls is filled with kids who, at any school with decent Greek life, would be geeds. Accents and fake Gucci belts don't make you better than ZBT, much less Phi Delt.

Zete is irrelevant by now, but even then they straight up stole a ton of kids from you last year. Castle is competing with Theos more than they are with you at this point. I can think of kids who join SAE and Phi over Owls because they know it was a dying house. Best of all, I can't remember a single time you cross-rushed a kid with Phi Delt and ended up winning (even when the rush has brothers in Owls).

Best of luck, kiddos. But maybe if you put the same energy into rush as you do into GreekRank, you'd get a decent class for once.

Curious as an alum with a freshman son: What criteria defines "best pledge class in recent memory"? Rich, popular, good looking, athletic, nice guys, family background, etc.? What makes a great pledge class?

Knows lots of club promoters in NY, lot's of money, strong connections to Hillel, scoop-neck shirts and throwing up the T at all downtowns
