nso ratio?

I heard a lot about the ratio system and that later in the year it's a pretty strict 3:1 girls to guys ratio. What ratio is safe for NSO?

If you can name drop someone who told you to come your ratio doesn't matter, otherwise 3 to 1 is probably a good idea.
