Literally no one would consider them near the top tier, and the amount of times it says “top tier” on this page combined with how many more ratings this sorority has than the others just proves how many of the desperate ChiO girls write their own pathetic ranks in hopes of being seen as something they most definitely are not.

they have a great reputation but i dont know why. because of this most chi o girls ive met are very bratty and entitled and try hards. their most recent pc is ok at best. they were amazing once but definitely trending down this past year or two years..

girls don’t care about the sorority at all. don’t have a good social life. just kind of bleh. but I guess it gives you people to know at penn? but like why bother if you’re not even gonna hang out together or go to events
