Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 4.4 TEP is one of the best, if not the best, group of guys on the Penn campus. They are nice, fun and mostly good-looking. Their new pledge class is killing it and it seems like their popularity is going to improve immensely in the near future.

Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 2.8 TEPS are just an average Fratenity, but they do have some good guys. They are a very good Alumni network. They are the same Alumni that actually saved their whole National TEP Fraternity, that was almost about to go out of exisitence 2 years ago.
