Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 2.6 TEP is a niche frat at this point. Do not have the mass appeal that they used to or the mass appeal of the other frats on their level. You either love them or they are pretty much irrelevant to you. That being said, they throw a pretty decent open party (especially band parties), and have some pretty fun closed events as well. They mix with decent sororities, but their mixers are never that great.

Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 4.4 This frat is definitely on the rise. I'm a sophomore, and honestly didn't used to think that much of them, but they're killing it this year. They had one of the best fling parties, and their mardi gras party was possibly my best night of the year.

Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 4.2 Usually don't write reviews, but felt in the mood. Went to a TEP band party a few weeks ago and had a great time. The brothers were pretty interesting and surprisingly cute but some are kinda weird. Really non-"rapey" environment which is always appreciated. Overall super friendly and a great place to just hang out. And one of the freshmen looks like the exact replica of Harry Styles which is kinda cute :p.
