Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 4.5 The SigEp guys are really fun to chill with. They throw great latenights and have a lot of turnout. The brothers aren't douches like in a lot of the other frats.
