Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 3.8 Guys really seemed nice and pretty interested in what you had to say. May not be your typical frat guy but that isn't such a bad thing...right? Definitely upper middle tier. I thought the event they threw was pretty fun.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 4.0 This is really a group of guys that likes hanging out with each other. Their pledging is supposed to be really difficult and time consuming, but not tortuous. Their house is on Spruce not on Locust which makes them a little out of the way. If they were able to regain their old house on Locust next to A's it'd be easy to see them as a high middle tier, but as it stands they are solidly in the middle. All this being said they are really fun to mix with and actually put effort into their events.
