Not bro-ey for obvious reasons, and very social. Have a unique vibe. St. Elmo's speakeasy is probably the most genuine event on campus - I performed there, so I would know!

Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 4.4 Came across this group - interesting that there is a coed social frat at Penn. Elmo is the only coed social frat and maintains a small membership class. Very international and diverse!

Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 4.8 St. Elmo's is one of the oldest fraternities at Penn- The biggest co-ed fraternity on campus (there are only two-the other Alpha Delta Phi Society). House isn't the greatest-- but great location. A lil snobby
