St. Elmo's is one of the oldest fraternities at Penn- The biggest co-ed fraternity on campus (there are only two-the other Alpha Delta Phi Society). House isn't the greatest-- but great location. A lil snobby

Relatively new to campus and pretty tight knit group. Have a really strong relationship with Drexel's chapter (the dominant fraternity at drexel). Nice guys

They're the house filled with all of the leaders on campus.. you see a lot of the student gov't reps and senior societies filled with skull's members. own their own house

The tri delt girls are the best sorority at penn because they are super well rounded. Really nice girls, very chill and very hot. They don't care about titles but are the coolest for sure. So hot
