TEP is one of the best, if not the best, group of guys on the Penn campus. They are nice, fun and mostly good-looking. Their new pledge class is killing it and it seems like their popularity is going to improve immensely in the near future.

too many ratings concentrated on chi o...obviously most of these were by the sisters themselves, which is a good representation of the sorority: they try too hard and try to be cool.. not the hottest, just average girls.
