I love this chapter. The brothers seem very tight. I have been so several of their parties and they are the most fun I have ever had on Penn's campus.

Above-Average house, definitely not top tier, but throw decent late nights. Give out a lot of bids but were more selective this year. Not really big on campus but has a good group of guys who some have egos bigger than they should.

Definitely a mixed group of girls...the seniors are HOT and go hard, as do most of the sophomores, not sure what happened with the junior pledge class. They are super involved on campus and their Wingbowl and Quizzo events are pretty popular and well known. If you know the right girls you know they could drink any frat guy under the table or at least will try to.

Previous two rates were obviously by pledges or brothers. These kids are huge goobers. Ton of losers in high school trying to be "frat" because they read about it on TFM.

Decent frat, makes themselves look really cool to freshmen during dirty rush in the fall but each year everyone starts to realize they're all the kids who got cut from Pikapp, Beta, Phi Delt, Kappa Sig. this year they somehow managed to get a decent pledge class, but still a fruity bunch. My big kind of likes them though

Usually don't write reviews, but felt in the mood. Went to a TEP band party a few weeks ago and had a great time. The brothers were pretty interesting and surprisingly cute but some are kinda weird. Really non-"rapey" environment which is always appreciated. Overall super friendly and a great place to just hang out. And one of the freshmen looks like the exact replica of Harry Styles which is kinda cute :p.
