Running the off campus scene at the moment. I know a lot of my friends were between them and Theos and ended up going sig pi. Great house. Great parties. Mix with every sorority.

Not very attractive. Conceited for some reason even though their sorority is on the decline and only a middle tier lock at this point. Should have gone with theta or tridelt. Oh, wait...

Great organization with genuine characters. They're incredibly intelligent, have strong work ethic, and can have a lot of fun. The thing that separates them the most is probably their eclectic personalities. Also infamous boat/croquet parties (if you can get in), they're super fun.

Definitely Top Tier. One of the best frats on campus. To the person below, just cause they have dry pledging does not mean they don't drink...I know they do

Their past two classes are a LOT better than recent years. Some of the sophomores and freshmen are really chill and fun to be around.
