These kids elected to go off campus. Can't really think of anything stupider than that. It was an attempt to gain social relevance that worked ok at first but now they have nothing going for them. Weird kids, hence the "kids in APES" thread that Penn kids love to read/post about them doing creepy stuff. Expected to dissolve in a few years.

Very average dudes. Smoke a lot and try to throw down, but they tend to have geeds and low-tier sororities do most of their stuff with them. Some are nice, some are weird. Kind of in flux at the moment, can't tell of they're getting better or worse.
