An old house that does a pretty good job of staying with the times. Definitely could use a bit more life in them, but pretty solid.

I had literally never even heard of these guys... Pretty likely the high ratings are brothers in the fraternity impersonating people and throwing themselves some love. An unknown, irrelevant, potentially nonexistent fraternity. But give these guys credit for the brotherhood involved in repeatedly throwing themselves high ratings.

Pretty solid, unfortunate to see them padding their stats by throwing in 5.0 ratings like the ones below this (come on guys, same day within a few hours? Obvious). Keep to themselves a fair amount, but pretty ok in general. Poor brotherhood, potentially a declining frat here. Probably suffer nationally from the whole co-ed thing.

SigChi is awesome but I feel like misunderstood. They hold really big open parties that everyone goes to (like during NSO and Fling), and also have the infamous Derby Days, so they are definitely socially known. Most weekly parties are kept pretty closed to friends of brothers, though, or just sorority mixers which is why some might not know of them too well.
