Very popular frat. Cute guys overall and they throw a lot of fun on-campus parties. They're starting to get really involved in the downtown scene as well. Definitely near the top even if their last pledge class wasn't as cute as the one before.

Delt definitely has a lot of potential to be really big. a few of my good friends are in it. Lots of really hot athletes, bring in some pretty hot guys who arent white as well so there is good diversity. Baltimore location is very unfortunate so a lot of parties are closed and invite only. great guys, mix with alpha phi, chi o crowd
