Very popular frat. Cute guys overall and they throw a lot of fun on-campus parties. They're starting to get really involved in the downtown scene as well. Definitely near the top even if their last pledge class wasn't as cute as the one before.

Pretty sure this is a novelty frat... Like people are just talking them up jokingly here. Maybe they do exist and just have very dedicated, Internet-committed brothers. Either way, saying Phi Delt is bottom tier is just stupid. They've clearly been pretending to be girls on this and rating themselves, which is just kind of weird. This whole thing is just sad...
