concerned about grades

Different chapters have different requirements for members coming out of college and members coming out of high school. Each individual chapter's requirements are listed on the BeGreek website. Most chapters require girls straight out of high school to have a 3.0 or 3.5 GPA. GPA requirements from college vary more from chapter to chapter but are usually between 2.5 and 3.0.
Chapters take letters of recommendation, but they are in no way necessary or a part of the culture of recruitment here. I think my chapter got 10 for 900 girls last year.
