I heard alpha phi is doing informal, true or no?

Most likely true. They always do informal but the thing with informal is that you do not have to follow a lot of panhel rules. Most of the time they do "closed" informal rush where they only open it up to a few girls. To clarify, this is not against panhel rules, just a little sketchy.
