Ksig/Beta/ATO/Phi Sig/DU
Don't know about any others, but they are probably worse than all the above. Also, not really sure about the middle-bottom ones but I put them in tiers based on my best guesses.
Sororities:
A Phi
Pi Phi
KKG
(All really close but I would say this is probably right)
DG
AOPI
AXO
G Phi
(Don't know about any of the others, but not above any of these)
These are very accurate, you can't argue more than one spot change all around...

This is pretty garbage, especially the fraternities. No WAY TKE is that high. I would argue:
Sig Ep/Pike/SAE
Sigma Chi
SNU/Fiji/dchi
TKE
The rest I don't really care
As far as sororities go, everyone knows kappa/aphi/pi phi are pretty much equal. I would argue AOII and Gphi above DG then AXO but everyone's got an opinion on that
