brother and sister frats and sororities?

I heard from someone that sig chi and kkg are brother and sister frat and sorority. What does that mean? Is every frat and sorority paired up as siblings? Is sig chi and kkg brother and sister on the national level or just on campus? What are the other "sibling" pairings on campus?

No that is not true. No sorority only hangs out with one fraternity. That doesn't social situation doesn't exist on this campus so whoever told you that is ill informed.

Definitely posted by a Sigma Chi who wants people to think they are still a relevant house....not many of our girls go there anymore
